Falcons Force roster and NaToSaphiX on the free market – who can benefit?

Five players and a coach looking for new homes

The release of the entire Falcons Force roster and coach NaToSaphiX at the beginning of November 2026 opens a concrete window for organisations in the European academy market. Falcons gave all five players and the coach permission to seek new opportunities, without confirming whether the academy project will be rebuilt with a new roster.

NucleonZ stands out as the profile most likely to attract the greatest interest. He is the only Falcons Force player to have received real playing time on Falcons' main roster – twice as a stand-in for kyousuke, who had visa issues. Those appearances gave the Macedonian rifler experience at a level significantly above the normal academy level, placing him in a different category from the other released players.

Tapewaare took over the captaincy role in the academy from Olaie and brings leadership experience with him. VENO, grecu and clockzi have all spent over a year in a structured academy environment, giving them a foundation that may be attractive to organisations looking to build a new academy team with players who already know the demands of European tier-two competition.

NaToSaphiX combines experience as a former professional player with concrete academy development work as head coach of Falcons Force. He personally selected the players for the project following a lengthy recruitment process. He has not yet commented on his future plans, but announced that more information will be available as soon as possible.

Falcons have not confirmed whether the organisation will replace Falcons Force with a new academy team. The open question surrounding the project's future means the released roster is now competing for spots in a market where their combined experience from within the Falcons system represents their primary selling point.
