Jinggg leaves Paper Rex after five years – f0rsakeN is the last OG member remaining
Paper Rex have released Jinggg from his contract after five years, while OG captain d4v41 also leaves the team. F0rsakeN is now the only original 2021 member remaining, and PRX face their biggest rebuild ever.

Paper Rex have parted ways with Wang "Jinggg" Jing Jie, who has been a central part of the team since September 2021. The departure comes at the same time as captain d4v41 also leaves the organisation, and the two losses together represent the biggest rebuild in Paper Rex history.
Jinggg joined Paper Rex from Team SMG and quickly became associated with the team's aggressive playstyle on the agent Raze. Together with d4v41, he formed part of the three-man core roster that gave Paper Rex its distinct identity during the VCT era. With both now gone, Jason "f0rsakeN" Susanto is the only remaining member from the original 2021 lineup.
Paper Rex described Jinggg as a core member and highlighted the moments the team shared with him. His next destination is not yet known.
The remaining player roster consists of invy, f0rsakeN, and something. Invy is the only one of the remaining players who does not have an expiring contract – alecks, f0rsakeN, and something all have contracts expiring at the end of 2026, making PRX's future even more open-ended. Alecks continues as coach, and Panda remains as performance coach.
For Paper Rex, the two departures raise a fundamental question about continuity: Can the organisation preserve the identity that was largely created by the players who are now gone?
