BIG reach upper bracket final: blameF and co. one win away from LAN spot
BIG win 2-0 over The MongolZ for the second match in a row in 1win Private Club Season 2 and are now one win away from the LAN final. blameF played a central role with a rating of 1.32, while Liquid exit the tournament without a single map win.

BIG have found a gear in 1win Private Club Season 2 that makes them a genuine finalist contender. With yet another 2-0 victory – this time over The MongolZ – the team has now won two matches in a row without dropping a single map, and they are therefore just one win away from securing a spot in the LAN final.
Against The MongolZ, BIG opened on Cache, where JDC set the tone on the T-side and helped the team to an 8-round lead heading into the half. BIG closed out the map 13-8. On Mirage, the dominance was even more pronounced: a 13-4 victory that left no doubt about who was in control of the match.
blameF himself contributed with an overall rating of 1.32 across the two maps and was particularly effective on the CT-side of Mirage, where he achieved a rating of 2.03. faveN and gr1ks delivered the highest individual figures with ratings of 1.40 and 1.37 respectively across the entire match, but it is under blameF's leadership that the team has found its rhythm.
With the victory, BIG advance to the upper bracket final, where they will face either fnatic or PARIVISION. A win there will lock in the LAN final spot – and that is exactly the momentum the team needs to capitalise on.
On the other side of the tournament picture, things have gone far worse for Team Liquid, who exit 1win Private Club Season 2 in last place without a single map win. The team lost 0-2 to fnatic in the opening match and followed that up with another 0-2 defeat against magic, despite a 10-3 lead on Dust2 that slipped away. IGL JT ended with a rating of 0.62 and a K/D of 15-34 against magic. Liquid continue on to PGL Masters Bucharest, where they will face MOUZ.
