EAC leave FOX Legacy Season 1 without a single win in the knockout stage
EAC are out of FOX Legacy Season 1 after two defeats in the playoffs. The team first lost to Lazer Cats in the upper bracket and then to Wildcard in the lower bracket, leaving the tournament without a single knockout win.

EAC have been eliminated from FOX Legacy Season 1 after two matches in the playoffs – both lost. The Danish side entered the tournament directly from the start of the playoffs, but failed to win a single series and leave the LAN tournament in Vila Nova de Gaia empty-handed.
In the opening round of the upper bracket, EAC suffered a 0-2 defeat against Lazer Cats and were sent down to the lower bracket. There, Wildcard awaited, and EAC started strongly: on their own map pick Mirage, the Danes dominated and won 13-2. The team came close to closing out the series on Inferno, but never got over the line.
On Inferno, EAC went ahead 9-6 after the half and secured three match points with a lead of 12-9. The Danes converted none of them, and Wildcard fought back to force overtime. The two sources disagree on the exact final score on Inferno: Dust2.dk reports 16-14 to Wildcard, while Dust2.us gives 16-13 – both confirm, however, that Wildcard won in overtime and levelled the series at 1-1.
On the decider map Nuke, EAC never found their footing and lost 7-13. Wildcard thereby took the series 2-1 and sent the Danish side out of the tournament.
Anber, Andreas 'anber' Brandt, was EAC's best-performing player across the entire series against Wildcard with a rating of 1.40, but it was not enough to keep the team alive. EAC leave FOX Legacy Season 1 with zero wins in the knockout stage.
