Astralis secure Major invitation with first place at Stake Ranked Episode 4
Astralis' victory at Stake Ranked Episode 4 — including the grand final win over Nemiga — has, according to HLTV's predictions, secured the team a spot at PGL Major Singapore 2026.

Astralis have secured an invitation to PGL Major Singapore 2026 after winning Stake Ranked Episode 4. According to HLTV's predictions, the ticket was effectively confirmed as early as their victory over Luminosity in the consolidation final, with the grand final win over Nemiga merely putting the finishing touch on it.
The road to the top was not without setbacks. Astralis lost their opening match at the tournament and had to fight their way through the lower bracket. In the consolidation final against Luminosity, Astralis won 2-1 in a series that went to three maps, before the team claimed the tournament title in the grand final against Nemiga.
The qualification is concrete and well-documented: Elim simulation from 2 October put Astralis' Major chances at 99.6% in the event of a tournament victory, and Mischief's model pointed in the same direction. HLTV's prediction also shows that Astralis have only an 8.4% probability of having to go through the first stage at the Major, which places the team favourably ahead of Singapore.
In addition to the Major invitation, the performance in Barcelona means that Astralis will in all likelihood land in 10th place on the official world ranking at the next update. That is sufficient for an invitation to PGL Bucharest 2027 and brings the team close to a spot at BLAST Rivals 2026 Season 2, depending on withdrawals from other teams.
For Astralis, the tournament victory is their first trophy in more than two years and thus marks a concrete turning point — not only in sporting terms, but also with regard to the team's position in the European VRS hierarchy ahead of the Major cutoff on 2 November.
