TOBIZ returns home to MOUZ: Internal experience set to strengthen the talent pipeline
TOBIZ returns to MOUZ as Head of Talent Development after three years as coach for MOUZ NXT. His internal experience and knowledge of the academy system are central to the appointment, which also includes responsibility for the partnership with Ølgod Efterskole.

MOUZ has brought Dennis "TOBIZ" Hansen back to the organisation, this time with the title of Head of Talent Development. It is a role broader than a traditional coaching position and is intended to tie together all levels of MOUZ's Counter-Strike structure.
TOBIZ knows the organisation from the inside. He was coach for MOUZ NXT from February 2022 to June 2025, and it is precisely that internal experience that makes the appointment noteworthy. MOUZ is not bringing in an outside consultant – they are bringing in someone who has already worked within the academy system and understands how players move through the organisation's development layers.
In his new role, TOBIZ will be responsible for scouting for MOUZ NXT, ongoing player development, and the strategic coherence between the academy team and the first team. According to MOUZ's press release, he will serve as the link between management, NXT, and the primary team, ensuring that the organisation's vision is aligned from the bottom up. In addition, he takes over responsibility for MOUZ's partnership with Ølgod Efterskole – a collaboration that has already demonstrated its value, as Nikodeon found his way from the efterskole to MOUZ NXT through this very programme.
Between his first period at MOUZ and this appointment, TOBIZ was affiliated with HEROIC before leaving the club. That experience from another top organisation adds an extra perspective to his new work.
MOUZ, alongside organisations such as NAVI and Spirit, has built one of the most respected academy projects in Counter-Strike. Placing a dedicated leader with an internal history at the head of the talent operation signals that the organisation wishes to make that pipeline even more systematic – not as a side project, but as a strategic core priority.
