Without a Roof seeking organization: A sporting foundation built in just under two months

Without a Roof has existed as a team since August 11, 2026, and just under two months after their formation, the team's manager Danan Flander announced on September 30 via social media that the roster is actively looking for an organization to represent.

In that short period, the team has managed to build concrete results. The title of ESEA Season 58 North America champions is the clearest proof: the victory came at the expense of SportsBetExpert and simultaneously broke the opponents' eleven-match winning streak. In addition, the team has participated in FRAG Midwest as well as various online tournaments. The two sources disagree on the exact VRS world ranking position — one states number 97, the other number 98 — but both place the team at the very top of the North American field.

The roster is composed of players with impressive individual credentials. Stewie2K and autimatic are both former members of the Cloud9 lineup that won a Major in 2018, while Brehze and CeRq have backgrounds from EG and NRG. FaNg rounds out the playing roster, and steel serves as coach.

It is the combination of a fresh regional title, a documented ability to defeat established competitors, and a team filled with experienced profiles that forms the sporting argument to potential organizations. Fans on social media have pointed to Cloud9, Sentinels, and OpTic as possible suitors, but no concrete negotiations have been confirmed by any of the parties.
